How it works
You do not need to be good with computers.
You keep the domain. We never ask for your password.
01
Deposit, then we buildA verbal yes is not a start. Half up front. We rebuild from your live public pages — photos, copy, hours, phone — so nothing important gets dropped without a reason.02
You approve the previewAbout a week. You look at it on a phone and a computer. Remaining balance before we touch DNS. We do not flip a domain on an unpaid remainder.03
Twenty minutes on a callTuesday or Wednesday morning. You stay logged into GoDaddy (or we use Delegate Access — you still own it). Two website records. We do not change nameservers or email. Then we test tap-to-call and a test message to your inbox.04
Old hosting, cancelled laterKeep the old host billed until the new site and mail are quiet for a couple of days. Then you cancel WordPress hosting. First year of hosting with us is already in the rebuild price.
Who does what at go-live
| Asset | Owner |
|---|---|
| Domain | You, still at GoDaddy |
| You, unchanged | |
| The live site | We host it. You can leave with the files. |
| Google Business Profile | You — we can tap the new URL on the same call |
We will not transfer the domain
Transfer feels like theft and takes a week. Lowest friction is you staying logged in while we talk through two records. If mail fails, we change one record back. That is the whole reason the domain stays yours.
